"At 250+ a night, you would expect maid service, but they did not clean the room. They gave me an adjoining room even though I requested not to be put in one. Could hear everything going on in the other room: conversations, television. Neighbor woke me up at 6 am with her phone calls. No water in the workout room. Just an overall bad stay, poor quality service, and this cannot recommend."

"No Good The hotel carpets are run down and the rooms are old. The air conditioner is buzzing like a cheap motel 6. The front desk staff not very helpful. The printers at the business center are out of service and the computers don’t work. The hotel is very noisy even after midnight they allow guests to party in the lobby. Finally the worst part is the housekeepers are knocking on your door at 9am even if you have do not disturb sign on the door. They are in a hurry to get you out of there especially if you are supposed to check out that day. This is not the Marriott experience that I have enjoyed for a long time and I am a Gold member."

"The staff were lovely!! I’d say the carpet needs some love (there’s quite a bit of wear and tear near door openings) and it would be nicer if there was more of a waiting room space by the elevators but that’s a nice to have. This place is what you need nothing more and nothing less."

"There are enough amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. It would be nice if they offered coffee and/or tea 24/7 in the lobby. They also do not clean the room everyday and only replace linens every four days. If that's the case, they need to make bigger trash/recycling cans available on each floor. Also, whoever designed the room did not design it for everyone in mind. All the hooks are way above what a child or 5ft tall person can reach and there weren't enough hooks/rails for towels. Holly, who runs breakfast service, is exceptional at her job. She cares about every little detail, puts out a wide variety of foods, ensures that they are all properly labeled, constantly checks on the levels of everything and actually introduces herself to the guests. She deserves a raise :)"

"The hotel is in need of regular maintenance. The shower head needed tightening and the room safe was out of alignment. There are signs encouraging you to reuse your towels, but not enough hooks to hang th em. A few basic upgrades would really help. The breakfast was nice, as it usually is and the staff was very friendly."
