"Dark hair Front desk check in girl on duty 1.30.2024. was extrememly rude. Got upset when I told her I didnt know how to use the "Stupid" machine to check in. She then said she would need my insurance and ID then stated "There's no need for cussing". I said I didnt cuss and she then said "You said Stupid". I said, oh so the word Stupid is now a cuss word?? She then she went off about how she could refuse me service but she chose to help me. After I gave her my sample, I apologized to her and she totally ignored me until i said excuse me, i said i was sorry and she's like "whatever"...I've never meet anyone so disrespectful. It was as if she was looking for a fight. It's bad enough that the patients you get there are sick , they certainly dont need to be treated with disrespect."

"We made an appointment for our infant to have a blood draw. We waited for an hour. When we asked for an update with how long the wait would be, we were told “it will be a wait”. One of the nurses snapped at my husband that she had already told me they had received the order and to wait. They were unnecessarily rude. They had very similar instructions other patients in the waiting room."

"Wow! This place is so great. The people here seem very experienced and are professional. I didn’t have an appointment but was seen almost immediately, and the nurse/phlebotomist was so kind and had no issues drawing blood. Thank you guys I was expecting this to be so stressful and it wasn’t."

"Clean, to the point, not a very long wait as I walked in late morning, comfy and plenty of chairs, pleasant temperature. Since those with bad experiences often have a stronger need to express themselves, it can be hard for a place to move up their numbers of review stars despite hard and good work. I realized I have been here before years ago, no bad memories. Parking was pretty full so leave yourself enough time just in case you need to walk a few more steps. And yes, machine check in to the right first. I hope enough of those with a good experience take a moment to give a review too to reflect the real balance."

"For a location that was processing nearly 50 people an hour (by my rough count), they were efficient and get the job done as well as they can. However, they need a better system for getting appointments that doesn't put you out til September when you have a 48 hour time limit on getting a test done by a prospective employer. I walked in and basically waited nearly an hour for 3 minutes worth of work, felt like it was a bit less than stellar as an experience but it could have been worse. Also, most the reviews are pretty accurate about the attitude of the employees here, they don't seem happy at all, but I wouldn't be if I was handling pee all day either."
