"Was turned over to a debt collector for $10.70 for a bill I never received from them. They claimed this invoice was sent numerous times. Strange I've always received all of their other invoices and have been a client for numerous years. They could see my history and that I have always been very punctual for payments on my account. Beware, they won't follow up with any courtesy calls before they do this. On the other hand, I will say that all of the blood draws I've had from different labs have always been a very good experience, with pleasant and friendly people, very gentle and painless."

"really did like my job and I was terminated due to the fact that I was not trained adequately I have been there for 5 months, but was not shown what to do when it came to pulling a PAZ racks. After you make labels for them and give them a micro or whatever it requires and it still doesn’t pass, I will just set them to the side.did everything that I was trained to do and it still wasn’t good enough so I recommend being trained on first shift with adequate trainers who have patience not someone that just mod woke up and don’t want to be there during third shift and has an attitude and talks over you and talks too fast. That is really uncomfortable feeling step it up Sonora quest . They will fire you for a lot of gossip, and he say she say. Even if you don’t engage in conversation with people, it’s just best to go there do your job pay close attention and take notes.I give them one star overall rating because I really was depending on my job and they terminated me due to frivolous unnecessary reasons. I’m one of those people that just want to go to work to do my job I don’t like to engage in much conversation even by doing this I still was terminated. I recommend when you have issues to speak up on it right there and then to a supervisor Nippet in the bud otherwise Five months later they’re going to bring up something that you did within the first 30 days of working there. I was really flabbergasted to why I was let go. I will give them zero stars for not really hearing me out and listening to me."

"not organized in checkin patients. I had an appointment at 12nn and was cheked in around 12:05. my name is on ready at the monitor after 15mins. But then I realized my name stucked on number 1 for a while I was passed by other patients. waited for more than 1hr. Very bad experience. not going back for an appointment on 3035 s val vi vista rd gilbert."

"They incorrectly filed my claim and billed me for the whole service. They’ve been giving me inconvinience. I’ve been going over this claim since July and they can’t correct it and I feel like they wanted me to pay for the whole thing when I know that my insurance will cover it. There’s not even an apology from them. They just want money money money. My insurance already reached out to them to fix it but they kept on messing it up. They’re not customer service friendly."

"You’re call back feature needs to actually call back and not hang up before the first ring finishes. Now I have to wait for over an hour to ask why you don’t send the bill to my insurance company for payment like I’ve asked before on a different call, and again and again. You may want to train your employees how to bill an insurance companies as well."
