"I am in AZ from out of state and needed a bone density scan. SimonMed was recommended to me. I registered and scheduled an appointment online. When I arrived, they did not have the order from my doctor. I was told not to worry, they could take the order over the phone. I called my provider’s office and the issue was resolved within a couple of minutes. I was pleased and impressed! Every staff member I encountered was polite and welcoming. I would recommend SimonMed to others!"

"The mammogram technician here is amazing, takes her time with your visit, is caring and kind and friendly. The issue is the customer service up front... I waited an hour and a half - with an appointment. When people asked about how long it was going to be after they had been waiting, they got to hear how busy the employees had been all day and didn't get a lunch break, etc.... not an apology, just excuses. I'm sure they were busy, but when I voiced my concern I let them know if they had told me she was behind when I checked in, I would have had a lot more patience when waiting. It was just a disappointing experience hearing how they handled a very busy day."

"So professional, well organized, friendly, clean and they all kept me well informed as to what each was doing and how long it would take for results. It was a great experience! I had four different procedures which were going to start at 9:00 and end at 11:00. They called me at 8:00 and said if I could come in earlier for the two ultrasounds they could get me out earlier and it worked out beautifully and I was home before 10:00. Amazing professionals!"

"Edit: Odallas (spelling?) Was incredibly rude and snarky. The internet shows this place is closed on Saturdays, their own sign on the building shows they're closed Saturdays, so when we mentioned we were worried they were closed her very snarky response was "i wouldn't schedule for no reason. Turning our one happy experience into one we don't like anymore. Going forward we will refuse to have an appointment here. Got very5 stars for the employees. The technicians and front desk people are absolutely wonderful Alyssa (X-ray tech) continued to check on me and see how i was doing even as she was leaving for the day after a full day of work. Jake (MRI, unpaid extern, mind you) was incredibly kind and patient and made you feel welcomed. They deserve a million stars. Now, the wait time, whew you over book these poor workers and have people waiting for forever. I arrived early to get my X-ray before my MRI around 1:45pm i showed up, knowing from my previous visit you run behind. I was prepared to be there all day and i was. My MRI was scheduled for 3pm and i was called back for it at 4:25pm. They are definitely underpaid, and over worked and you don't want to lose techs of this caliber, so please treat them right. Thank you to all those who assisted me at the facility today."
