"Customer service is great. Super easy process. Only thing I noticed is your appointment time is never what they say. I waited 30 mins just to be seen."
"Procedure was quick and went smoothly! My frustration was the appointment scheduling. Was told to show up at 7am, ended up getting checked in at 8:15am for a procedure that took 5-10min, the radiologist told me I didn’t need to be there that early. Ugh!"
"Great experience!! From check in to xray everyone was so kind, quick and efficient. The front desk lady with red hair was fantastic(so sorry I didn’t catch your name) and Tara the x-ray tech was super fantastic as well. I had a really bad experience going to Simon Med, this place is eons better!! Also, you can make appointments online. Thank you so much!!"
"Will never go back! Can not make appointment by telephone, online process is not user friendly. Clerk said you can make an appointment by walking in and doing so in person. Great. I get to drive 30 miles round trip to make an appointment. Anyway, I was able to make an appointment. When I got there well before the appointed time, I was told they had no record of my appointment - never mind that I had a printout of the appointment details. The check in woman acted as though she didn't give a hoot about my problems. For Customer Service she was probably trained by Kmart or the U.S. Post Office. On the other hand, when I finally did get the X-Rays, the woman who took care of me was friendly, efficient, professional and nice to work with. I think her name was Tara."
"I was a walk-in and they took me in immediately. The lab tech was polite and very good at her job and explaining what I needed to do. Even though I was getting X-rays on both a knee and a shoulder I was finished in a matter of minutes. Great experience!"
