"Here we go again with this company’s scam. They advise what needs to be paid up front as your responsibility. My spouse need an MRI this time and we went to another SimonMed location than the last time. Much nicer and cleaner, given it is in Scottsdale. Upon scheduling the appointment we were advised of what our upfront cost was. Going to be at the appointment. I asked the schedule person on the phone to double check as our insurance covered the MRI at 100% last time and we had to wait 45 Business Days for a refund. Again, with full conviction the schedule person told us we are responsible for $397 at the time of the appointment. Just got our EOB from our insurance and they paid it at 100% and our cost was $0.00. SimonMed again is holding our money for 45 Business Days. This is a scam. This company wants you to pay up front so they do not have to wait for payment as they agreed to with the insurance companies. Hold the person in medical need of their money instead of waiting for the insurance company to pay them. This company needs a big black mark against them."

"Derrick Winters, the tech who did Kay’s MRI on 2/02 had the most soothing, calming voice that he put Kay at complete ease for the test. The office receptionist and waiting room also created a calm atmosphere for the patient."

"This imaging center overcharged me and has still yet to pay me back. It has been over a year and a half. Trying to get someone to do something is unbelievably hard. But believably hard as they hang up on you. Disregard your phone call. Tell you that it's going to be sent to you. And then it never comes they have done this to me six times now. I will be reporting them."

"This place has an incompetent staff. I had an appointment booked 4 weeks out. We live 3 hours away. My husband took off work to take me halfway there on the day of appointment they called to tell me they had missing paperwork from my doctor . Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude from the moment we walked through the door. He didn't acknowledge us at all, only stood up in front of fax machine yawning and stretching. He then took my divers license and insurance card & answered a phone call. When he got around to helping us, he stated he called my doc 13 times with no reply. When asked why he didn't call me before the day of appointment, he looked dumbfounded. 6 hours of our day wasted not to mention the gad to get there. There are much better & friendlier place to go than them."
