"Chris at the Wetmore and Oracle location was AMAZING! We weren’t very educated in the importance of a quality mattress and were used to buying ones from Costco or Sam’s Club, so being introduced to all of the different types of mattresses was definitely world changing. We came in an hour before close and ended up taking TWO hours of his time, including an hour AFTER close and not once did we feel rushed or uncomfortable. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and ended up selling us the best mattress we have owned. I personally hate feeling cornered or pressured and immediately shut down when that happens but again, Chris’s patience and willingness to educate us was beyond what we anticipated. We are so satisfied with our experience!"
