"Hotel staff was great and very helpful. Room was good. Pricing was extremely high for the room. That room should never be $287. It is a $150 room anywhere else. If it was not for the staff it would not be getting 4 stars."

"We enjoyed wonderful smiles from the front desk people as we walked in the door. They were very helpful when we had questions about directions, places to eat or other things. The room was nice with comfortable beds, a small refrigerator, microwave and a TV. We look forward to staying again."

"I had booked this room because it was the only hotel that had no mentions of bed bugs, cockroaches, etc in comparison to the other hotels in the area. The price is a bit high, but you’re paying for a VERY clean room (in my experience). The room was absolutely immaculately clean even down to the AC filters. No insects, no dust, everything was spotless aside from some of the decor being worn over time (spots in the tub, small holes in the drapes). If you’re looking for a clean room that you can depend on, this is a great location. Checking in was extremely fast and easy, the ladies at the front desk were very kind and got me into my room quickly. You’re also within walking distance to a Walmart, and some other places to eat (Outback Steakhouse being the closest, literally right outside the front door). The location is a bit weird to get into, but that can’t really be helped and I’m not going to dock overall rating for something like that. Overall I greatly recommend this hotel, it’s a bit more expensive than the others in the area but management has proven to me that they make up for that price."

"My son checked into this hotel... room 206 to be exact. Went into the room and pulled back the blankets only to find food, blood and pubic hairs all over the sheets!!!!!! there were semen stains all over the couch as well!!!!!!!!!! He was trying to put his 2 year old son down for the night.. well needless to say, they left immediately!!!!!!!! We contacted the front desk via phone after leaving and contacting the booking agency that we used to book the room and the agency contacting the hotel as well, to be told by the desk clerk....... " I went and checked the room, the blankets are pulled back.." well DUH!!!!!!!!! how else would they have seen the blood on the sheets!!!!!!!!! We were told to call back today, as the manager would be in... no manager today! We are now being told that the room was trashed... coffee packs thrown all over the place.. tea bags thrown on the floor.... etc. We have made a complaint with the local health department and have the photos to back up what we are claiming.!!!!!!!! Hotel staff is VERY uncaring and not willing to reimburse me the $227.96 for the 5 minutes that my son and his family were in the room."

"Just wanna start by saying it all started with the front desk lady she was awesome young girl forgot to get her name but amazing. Also want to thank Gary for looking out. Very good employee heard me out fix the issue. Michelle was such a nice lady. Oh my God she took very good care of me love this place. Great employees brooms are very clean. I would definitely will save this on my Google Maps. I will definitely be coming back here truck driver. Thanks you guys."
