"I came to this location for an X-ray for my back and the X-ray technician BRITTANY had a bad attitude she did not seem welcoming at all! She must not like her job! Addition that my 11 month old was in a stroller parked behind her. . So he un buckled him self and was standing up in the stroller screaming which he could of fell out and busted his face on the floor...Now I know shes not a baby sitter but she could of atleast catch him so he don't fall I saw my baby through the glass window while I was getting my X-ray done so I left the X-ray in the middle of her taking pictures to go get my son. I definitely not coming back here"

"Tina Carter did my x-rays yesterday and she was very professional and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands. A drastic change from my first visit in January. I don't know the woman's name who took care of me in January but she made me stand for all my x-rays, on a broken femur that required surgery and had only happened 3 weeks prior. I was unable to walk afterwards and needed to be transported to my daughter's car by wheelchair. Also, she smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if she had been chain smoking. All in all, not a pleasant experience. So, thank you, Tina for all you did yesterday"

"Staff is friendly, and kind. Does a good job telling what is gonna happen and how everything works. I felt sick and they responded quickly and made sure I was okay. My app. Was at 12:30 I was to be there at 12:15. Had to wait in line for someone who was setting up an appointment that took the longest. Waited in the waiting room about 5 minutes. Did the test and was out by about 12:40."

"The receptionist was hiding behind two big screens and was most unhelpful. She was not friendly or welcoming to the point of being rude. I started to walk out but two employees came out and offered me some sincere customer service and I decided to stay. I will never go back here though. I mean those two screens tell a story all by themselves, don’t they? What a horrible way to meet and greet your customers. I’m just over being treated rudely by people I’m giving money to."
