"My mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She has a lot of appointments at different places and this place is one of them. As much as I would love to leave a good review I can't. There's so many things wrong with this place. Staff needs to be trained better. They need to be more empathetic to their patients. The front desk was super rude to me and my mother for no reason. It almost seemed like they don't want to be there. Also their estimates are way off. They ask my mom for her copay plus the insurance portion upfront every time she goes. She's basically paying for the whole visit out of pocket. I tried explaining this to the front desk they seem to have no understanding. I even brought the EOB with me to show them what I was talking about. They made some copies of it. I was supposed to receive a phone call. It's been more than a week and still haven't heard back from them. I've also had issues with scheduling department. They don't know how to schedule you properly. It's been frustrating having to deal with Arizona diagnostics. I could go on with all my frustrations but it's not worth it. I would definitely not recommend them."
"Everyone was very friendly and professional. When I had to leave cane outside MRI tech and administrator offered me their arms to get me on and off the table. Admin would verbally check in to ask if I was doing ok and tech physically walked me out to the waiting room. Felt comfortable the whole time."
"Everyone in the front was very friendly and professional. Wait was NOT at all long. When they came to get me and take me to the back for my MRI they were very helpful. They told me everything they were going to do to me. They told me how loud the machine would be. They gave me ear plugs cause it gets very loud.
