"Today I went to the Simon Med imaging center located in Plaza Palomino in Tucson, AZ. Although I had no appointment, JAZMINE at the front desk was so friendly, polite and efficient in providing me with a CD of an MRI I recently had, as well as two copies of the radiologist’s written report. JAZMINE put together the whole package for me, at no cost, and with 6-7 minutes of my arrival at her desk. This was truly great customer service and much appreciated. Charles S."
"The MRI tech was so unprofessional and rude. We have a minor child that needed a MRI. I called before making the appointment to make sure an adult can go back with her, I also called the day before to double check. The staff member was pissed and said no one could go back with our daughter. The company does allow someone to go back with children so she started to argue with me than said fine fill out the paperwork. Than threw a fit when I sat down to fill out the documents. I would not recommend this place at all."
"The MRI tech was amazing with my 11 yo she needed an IV and he was so great with her! Every on was helpful and kind We had great experience and would recommend them. They are hard to get into but that’s understandable as they have limited days they do MRI of it’s non emergency then this is a great place"
"I was satisfied with the overall procedure of having an MRI on my left shoulder. The results however were a bit elusive. I don’t know why but I was expecting a text or email with a link to view my results. I finally decided to go to the website and I was able to retrieve my results"
"Two great employees James and Fred the PA did my thyroid biopsy. Best experience ever. They both discussed each action and answered any questions I had. Very professional. It was not the usual actions of we have done this 1000 times before and we are machines. Very person oriented."
