"I’ve been to this location many times for blood draws/labs. The staff here, specifically Andrea, is very friendly and helpful. Although I’m terrified of needles, Andrea made me feel comfortable while drawing my blood. Her customer service is top notch. I never have to wait as they get you in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!!!"

"I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, was greeted immediately and went right to the check in window. After providing my driver license and reason for the visit I sat for about 10 minutes waiting to be called back. I was lucky to have Janet take me back and help me through the process. She was the best!! She put me at ease and had me laughing in no time. Janet is one of those rare gems of a person and employee. Turning a lab visit into a fun encounter is no easy feat. "I have been getting blood draws at the 1st Ave/Prince location annually for about 6 years. I'm always very nervous and the staff do an excellent job making me feel comfortable. Yesterday, Andrea drew my blood and was very patient with my fears. The needle barely hurt! The lobby and rooms of this lab are not fancy, but the place is always clean and staff get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend for the competency and compassion of the clinical staff and overall efficiency of the experience."
