"Good in town location but very noisy and didn’t sleep all week. The people were nice And mostly long term renters. If you like the feeling of being cheese in a cheese sandwich , then this is for you .If you have a pet it has to be inside the rv at all times. Is this realistic for Arizona temps? The weekly rate was $300 not $200 as on the website . I read the monthly rate is$545!"
"This is a trailer park, there are no "rooms". My friend has lived here for awhile, and over that time it's gotten much better. The space granted to each guest is adequate, the monthly rent can get a tad high, depending on your situation."
"I did not live here, a relative did. I have been multiple times to visit and have witnessed everything I reported here. Park is not gated and is in a bad area of town. People off the street wander through and steal things. Wouldn't feel safe. Very small and cramped. That said, the prices are reasonable. A gate would go a LONG way, though."
"The location was excellent. The manager, Bryan, did a fantastic job maintaining the park and making sure everyone abided by the rules. The rules were very reasonable and I always felt super safe here. The manager was alway helpful and welcoming to the people who are supposed to be there. We would definitely stay here again if we lived in Tucson again. Ignore the bad reviews. Those are just from stubborn people who got kicked out for valid reasons."
"I did not live there myself but frequently visited a friend. The manager that took over the park, well let's just say he's not well. After evicting my friend with a 10-day no cause notice and claiming he did not need a reason to make him leave I found out that he also evicted another disabled tenant on the same day with a 10 day no cause letter. Two people with disabilities evicted with a 10 days to find a new place to live, seemed a little harsh to me. I later found out that he cut down all of the beautiful oleanders in front of the park because "the bad guys were hiding in there". My friend paid his rent on time every month and was a quiet tenant. In fact I've noticed the only good reviews on here for this place were from his girlfriend who also lives there. Other than that the spaces are small and there are much better places in Tucson to park your trailer, where you will not be under surveillance and questioned when you take out the garbage. The manager says the cameras everywhere are for safety, yet I can recall one night when he was shooting off his gun at what I can only guess was a figment of his imagination. The cops came and I'm not sure what happened with it, but I would not advise going to this place for a retreat. Very likely that you may get shot by the manager."
