"My husband and I stayed at Water Walk Tucson with our two cats for about 10 days while awaiting our furnished rental house to be ready. The furnishings are nice, new, and well kept. Decor is totally my style. Mostly clean, but while getting behind furniture to retrieve cat toys I noticed lots of dust balls, dryer sheets, and other items. Also, the shower floor and walls had lots of hair when we arrived. We loved having the washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen appliances are new and served us well as well as the limited kitchen amenities. Our biggest complaint was that while the couch was a mid century modern style, it was super uncomfortable. It’s fine if you are going to sit for a few minutes, but to try and relax and watch TV in the evening, it’s not superb. Not a huge deal, but it could be better."

"The building is always very clean and the workers are extremely nice! I stayed for 4 weeks and was told room service would be by every week. I didn’t see them until my third week there and didn’t see them again after. Would love to rate 5 stars if the room service came by when they were supposed to. The area it is in is JUST outside a rough area, be careful outside of the locked areas after dark."

"Absolutely outstanding!! We were greeted by the manager and 1 of his staff. When we shared that we had stayed at a sister property in Minneapolis and were so impressed, the manager shared some of the company history and plans for future properties. You could see his pride in his hotel. Excellent accommodations,great staff that greeted us each morning like family. Every day they asked if they could do anything for us. This chain is our top choice from here on out. They haven't lost the concept of customer service and creating brand loyalty. C. R. MCVAY"

"When my wife and I arrived to our one bedroom suite, it smelled like a waste water treatment plant. We kindly requested a new room and we were downgraded to a studio room. I asked the front desk for bottled water and they were out but reassured us that two bottles were in our fridge. I checked and there wasn’t…. Called the front desk asking if they could bring us some waters, but they were out at the time—none available to purchase either. I expressed frustration that they had zero options on the property to purchase bottled water. The front desk was extremely rude and patronizing in their response. I asked to speak to a manager but was told one was not available, and the front desk person yelled at me and hung up the phone. I went downstairs to get something out of my car and the manager (the same manager I was told was not there) followed me outside and proceeded to blame me for her employee being upset, and refused to hear anything I had to say. This may not be the best place to expect standard hotel hospitality. I have never been treated like this at ANY other hotel. I don’t know that I will come back here."

"Friendly, clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Great cappuccino machine in lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had every thing you need. I would definitely stay here again."
