"The hotel was comfortable, and management was very helpful. It was a great location for getting off and on the freeway. We lost sleep due to an inconsiderate person next door yelling and shining his lights in our window, but the hotel did not cause this problem."

"Staff was reaaaalllly great, went way above in taking care of us!!!!! I worked in the hotel/ bar/restaurant business my whole life, and these people are "old school", meaning....they ACTUALLY cared about the people they deal with,so...thank you for that, although we ABSOLUTELY did NOT receive the same service OR ANYTHING else when we stopped at a same name place , which was completely EMPTY, ...but, in TX, and they refused us, so.....how do you and your company feel about taking care of people, TEXAS, and not acting like your company is ABOVE the people who walk through the door, and pay for services NOT rendered?????? you guys KNOW better,and really really NEED to look in the mirror, being TIRED from driving does NOT make you unacceptable to pay for a room to sleep........ps. ESPECIALLY if you SAW that we had already graced your company with our DOLLARS, 3 days in a row....."

"I stayed @ this Super 8 hotel recently. I left my leather jacket in my room. I realized I had left it, and immediately called the front desk.I spoke with JJ, the mgr, Sonny, and Ashton Patel, the general manager. All confirmed the jacket was as there. They told me my name had been labeled and put on it. So I send a pre pad USPS box to return the jacket. The day before I send the USPS box, I call again, and confirmed the jacket was there. Sonny and JJ confirmed the jacket was in their position. I send the USPS box, and call to confirm it was received., and JJ and Sonny now say the jacket is not there. My late mother gave me the jacket, and is very special to me. I would be willing to bet one of these men are now wearing my jacket. I am calling the police."

"Worst staff ever! I am a Wyndham Rewards Gold member or Platinum year after year so I am very aware of the types of motels/hotels I am reserving but the quality to cost trade off is generally worth it. I am on the last leg of a road trip from San Diego to Miami and back with this being my last night at a Wyndham property. The front desk guy at 4pm on Oct. 28th was the rudest, unfriendliest, borderline evil person I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my reservation before completing the check in process and am taking my business elsewhere...which is really hard to want to do after driving for 12 hours already today. I will never make the mistake of stopping here ever again. Hopefully no one else does either until changes are made"
