"Still love this place. Stopped at the bar by the restaurant for a bite and a couple drinks after the homeshow. Bartender was awesome. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. Great place to stay or just pop in for good food and friendly service."

"Not a bad place rooms were nice. Beds are hard. Parking sucks. If you want 20 buck to park my car just charge more for the room. Parking fees are ridiculous when I'm already paying to stay at a place."

"I can’t say enough good things about this particular Double Tree. We called late last night and requested a lower floor due to my husband’s disability. The night manager was kind and checked for a lower room but nothing was available. By the time we arrived he had been able to secure us a lower floor which was a huge blessing after an already long and stressful day of driving from TX. Next the parking lot was full so we were going to have to park in the garage and with my husband barely able to walk due to a blown Achilles we were dreading unloading the car. But then Johnny Walker, an employee saw my husband’s Disabled Veteran plates and offered to move his vehicle so we could park closer. He went way above and beyond to help my husband. The valet team was also kind and attentive. The experience was incredible. The room was spotless and the location awesome. I only wish every Hilton Hotel treated their guests as well as this location. Every interaction we had was positive."

"Not the best experience here after spending 4 nights here. The check in process was very unorganized. Double Trees provide a cookie upon check in. One was not offered or given at all. Not even the waters I would usually get as a Diamond member. Credits were not assigned correctly each day. I wanted to go to the restaurant on a Thursday evening during the supposed business hours when it was open, but was met with "the restaurant is closed but you can go to the bar and order food." They had the poor bartender working by herself serving a whole room of people food and drinks. The highlight of the trip was the bartender and the valet/parking staff (they were very nice and helpful when getting situated with parking). Fortunately this is my last time coming to this hotel. Will stick to the others outside the city."
