"Horrible customer service!!! Booked to stay for one week for work. My work got cancelled so I called hotel day before my arrival. They still gave me a penalty of 100% of what the stay was going to cost. Spoke to a lady and said she could not do anything about it and hung up on me. What a rip off. Will not be staying here ever again."
"The room was comfortable. Walking down the halls makes you second guess your choice. But once inside, it's not too bad."
"Stayed here for last three days. Everyone was friendly especially lady in breakfast section. She was happy to cook tasty waffles for us. Rooms are neat and clean. Lots of parking spaces for tractor trailers and cars."
"We were given one of the best rooms. It was ok but not up to Choice Hotel standards. The one in Scottsdale was nicer with better food. The towels had stains on them and were the roughest towels. One was missing part of itself, and when it was given to the front desk person, nothing was said. She was about as friendly as an ice cube. And, the jacuzzi water was green. It makes one think that the pool is not taken care of properly. This just was not a comfortable stay, nor did I feel safe."
"BEWARE Disabled guests! this was the absolute worst experience a disabled guest can encounter! First off the "handicapped" room I was assured would be available after calling in to verify the day before was given to someone else. That meant I was to have a shower with a ledge not a roll in. The handicap chair wasn't able to go up and down because it was old and rusted and I proceeded to fall getting in, I ended up doing a sponge bath. The ADA parking was way too uneven and there was no one available to help with the luggage, finally had to ask for help. Very rude owner and staff, they could care less about their guests. Quality Inn you should be ashamed!"
