"This is my second trip to an Inn and out burger and I have to say the service was quick. The help is friendly and very polite. Watching the line crew, they had smiles on their faces. Makes for good food!!"

"Every In-N-Out I’ve been to has been very busy, whether inside or in drive thru. Both were busy on this day I went. I only ordered a hot cocoa and a fry. Both came out pretty quickly. Cashiers were friendly and fast. The hot cocoa came out delicious. The fry….not sure what was wrong but the fry did NOT taste good. Did not taste like potato and the texture was very hard and gritty. I have no way to explain the taste other than it did not taste like what it should have been. I thought maybe it was just the first few fries but after a couple more, I couldn’t handle it anymore and ended up not eating the rest. I was very disappointed as I’ve never had this issue. Maybe I got a bad hand today?"

"This location is in Yuma, AZ....a very busy store. Seeing the In n Out symbol is always a welcome sight when we are on the road. Staff was very friendly & personable, got my order correctly. My meal was ready in 8 minutes, all complete & nice & hot in a to go bag. One thing about In-n-Out Burger is the - burger patty has very little flavor & very thin & small. The rest of the condiments in the sandwich - is plentiful - 2 big slices of tomato, 1 thick onion slice, the bun was average. It was like a "veggie" sandwich.. it's OK as it tasted better when smothered w a packet of the "special sauce" you can ask for at the counter. I do enjoy this "sauce" with the fries. Our trips to In-n-Out are far & few between because of this reason. They have the best, well trained crew members in the fast food industry & its great just to watch how these young people conduct a bustling business."
