"This place is a hidden gem! We decided to come out of the strip in vegas and try find somewhere quieter, this place is better service and price compared to the ridiculous cost of most of them in central vegas. Lovely quaint hotel, cute decor & service was great, you get a free tea/coffee station in a lobby type setting on the floor of your room! We walked in with no reservation, asked for a room & this place doesn’t charge you silly fees to your credit card to stay. If I ever come to Nevada again, without a doubt I’m staying here for my entire trip."

"Beautiful Historic Hotel. We visited August 8, 2020. I guess I forgot to write a review. The hotel was really nice. We stayed in the " haunted" room. Really didn't experience anything however I didn't feel too good that night don't know if it was a coincidence. The room was nice it had a kitchen area. The bathroom was very narrow. Overall everything was nice and clean and historic looking. We were able to enjoy the museum downstairs as well as eat two times in the restaurant that was downstairs. That was exceptional. We felt transported back in time. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you like a bit of nostalgia! Lots to do within walking distance as well. We enjoy the antique shops and some great restaurants. You can walk a couple miles down the road or drive to a museum that showcases movie horror memorabilia. That was very interesting."

"Great place to stay away from Vegas, located less than an hour from airport gas stations and rental car return. Charming hotel lobby and pleasant reception. Free parking on street just outside hotel. Luggage cart and elevator. Good WiFi and TV. Rooms have nice antique furniture. Bed was memory foam and very nice. Walkable area with various restaurant choices. Small museum above lobby. My only complaint was that the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, probably needs to be replaced. Also, 100 year old tub has nonstick paint on bottom surface. Didn’t bother me, but it was unusual and might bother someone else. I plan to stay again!"

"This place was great! A quaint little hotel in a quaint little town. My only complaint is I didn't make my stay longer! If I'm ever out that way again, I'll definitely stay longer and spend some time exploring the town. I highly recommend it!"

"The Boulder Dam Hotel was a place locked in time. The history of this place is amazing. The decor is authentic to the 1930's and rooms are themed, which gives every stay its own experience. There is a museum in the hotel that has captured the history of the hotel and Boulder Dam community in a professional and eclectic way that gives you a true appreciation of what it took to make this place the amazing place it is today. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and shops to see. There is a speakeasy style bar in the lower level that provided live music that was truly an amazing experience. This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. I can't wait to visit again."
