"Good apartments, plenty of parking and I like that we get a covered garage with some storage. I have been living here for a year now and plan to stay. Close to the schools, library, rec center and our horses. Safe and friendly neighbors is a plus. I especially like that they watch out for us. I left my keys outside in my door and my neighbor let me know."
"I wrote a really nice review for this guy last year because I had to move out a month before my lease was up and I felt bad for Kent (the owner). I'm disabled and I have had to move around a lot for medical reasons, so it wasn't just on a whim that I left, and he promised me that was fine. So I apologize if anyone moved in here based on something I wrote describing the (few) upsides of living at Capri apartments. But the truth is that what the other reviewers are right - it is a dump. The buildings look like they should be condemned. There are massive cracks and things are all at angles. The appliances are really dated and there was a huge patch of mould on my ceiling. If I lived there any longer I'd probably have got myself checked for a fatal mould infection. It can be noisy and people move in and out all the time. You get what you pay for, although with that in mind he should be paying people to live there. Don't do it. Worst case scenario he'll rip you off like he did me. Not just saying that, I am a respected member of the community and worked as a veterinarian before my four back surgeries - look me up: Eleanor St John. Thanks for 'helping' Kent - I'm still out several hundred bucks that you owe me."
