Best Friends Cottages offers cozy and comfortable lodging options on the beautiful Sanctuary grounds in Kanab, Utah. Located at 755 Angel Canyon Road, our cottages, cabins, and RV sites provide the perfect home away from home for visitors looking to explore the area and support the mission of Best Friends Animal Society.

Guests can also choose to stay at the Best Friends Roadhouse and Mercantile in downtown Kanab, just a short drive from the Sanctuary. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Best Friends operates the nation's largest sanctuary for homeless animals and offers adoption, spay/neuter, and educational programs.

Best Friends Cottages has been featured on National Geographic's DogTown and the CW's Dog Town USA, and served as the inspiration for the acclaimed film, The Champions. We are honored to be recognized as one of the 2022 Top Workplaces and are dedicated to achieving our goal of making the entire country no-kill by 2025. "Lovely place, we booked last minute, wanted two nights at the roadhouse but it was full so they offered the cottages. It was beautiful, the field was full of deer when we arrived. Beautiful views from front and back, nice full kitchen - unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to utilize it. It was clean and I really appreciate any place that lets me bring my dogs. Thanks!"

"Our cabin was right behind the horse pasture. Great view. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, two full beds in the bedroom. Large bathroom. Nice and clean. Will definitely be going back to work with the animals."

"Stayed here for 3 days/2 nights with: 2 adults, 4 kids: 18, 14, 12, 11 years old. Clean, roomy, on-site so very convenient. Only 11 minutes from Kanab for gas, supplies and food. Only 2 minutes from Moqui Cave. Great value, we would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary!"
