"Logan welcomed us warmly and asked us a few questions about how we normally slept and how firm a mattress we might be looking for. After giving us our individual pillows he took us to the first DC model to test it. While it was nice we wanted something a bit softer and the DC Hybrid Euro Top was perfect. The Denver Mattress warranty is the best we found anywhere. The delivery charge is reasonable as well since we are about 55 miles away."
"We visited on a Saturday and purchased a mattress. We now have been sleeping on it for about a month, give or take. We are very happy with the mattress. Only issue was delivery employees didn't speak very good English. I had paid for removal of my old mattress and I think there was a miscommunication and they didn't seem to realize that they were supposed to take the mattress. They did end up taking it for us, but it seems like he didn't realize he was supposed to, he started kind of arguing about it when I mentioned that we paid for haul away. We also had asked them to leave the plastic on the mattress, but they had removed it anyways. I don't fault the store for this. It can be hard to get good employees. Again, the employees (sales staff) at The mattress store itself were great. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They also weren't too pushy, in fact they did let us know that if we wanted to save money there was a used mattress available (but we wanted a new mattress, not previously owned)."
