"We were very excited to order some furniture we have been watching for a couple of years now. We ordered it a couple of weeks ago with the delivery date of January 2nd. Supposedly the order would arrive to the store today. I stopped in to order another sofa and was informed that only three seats of my 10 seat sofa had arrived and the rest is “expected” to be delivered in March, possibly APRIL!!! The ladies that helped us the few times we were in to select our furniture were knowledgeable and great but I am extremely disappointed as I have sold our other furniture and now will have no furniture in our family room. If this is not fixed by Tuesday I’ll be getting a refund. I’m not sure where the miscommunication is but it looks like the plan was just to deliver the three small sections on Tuesday and then informing me the rest was months out!!!"
