"I was very satisfied with this company! They are efficient and fast on repairing your vehicle, an always keeping you updated! Shout out to the ladies in the office too, they are on it and helped me figure out an insurance issue. 11/10 recommended. I will definitely be returning if in need of any repairs!"
"Great service from service advisor Edgar and great work from the technicians to repair my car. Paint looks great and matches the rest of the car, body panels all have consistent panel gap. Looks just like when I bought it. Repair was done to both doors on the driver side and driver front fender."
"I dropped my car off for repair in December 2021 and picked it up 5 months later in May 2022 at which time I was told only two small parts (cosmetic) were missing and I could take the car in the mean time. To this day, still haven’t received any updates. If that was the only issue I wouldn’t be so upset, but a few months after picking up my car I got an oil change and was told the job was done horribly and that several parts were either missing or severely damaged (see attached pictures.) I brought it back to Caliber in January 2023 and was told those parts would get ordered right away. Still haven’t received any updates. Finally, a few months ago my skid plate came loose and after bringing it to a local shop was told it was because it was not re-installed correctly. Brought that to Caliber a few months ago, no updates since. After almost 2 years I cannot believe how poor the communication has been and how impossible it’s been to get someone to return a call. I’ve probably left 15+ messages for Amber and 5+ for James with nobody ever returning my call. Just an absolute joke."
"where do I even start? first of all I did NOT choose this place due to the fact some moron didn't tie down his pallets which subsequently smashed my car so I was dealing with his insurance. Everything seemed fine until I received a call about 2 weeks of you having my car and was told that a detailer had smashed my bumper and my headlight causing even MORE damage to my car. The guy said it would be another week and they would fix it on their dime so fine. Upon picking up my car a week later after the quick inspection with the rep he sort of hurried me out of there. when I got home and looked a little closer I noticed the paint job on the damaged portion of the vehicle (the panel above the door) had been completely missed paint. So the lady at the desk said I could take it back and you would fix it. That's great until I noticed that I had forgotten to take out my tire inflator and jumper cables from the trunk since they weren't in my garage. When I opened my trunk to my surprise those items were missing. I immediately called Travis who I had been working with to tell him about the missing items and he told me he would call back after checking the bay where the tech that was in charge of my car was working. 48 hours and no call back. After looking at the paper work I was forced to sign to get my car back there's a section in there about how you are not liable for things that are stolen while in your possession. Well that's an instant red flag because it makes me question the type of low life hoodlums you must hire there since that's something you have to put in your terms and conditions. I will be reporting your shotty work to the BBB and luckily for your tech since I signed that paper work I won't be able to call the cops and report theft. I will go out of my way to report this on yelp and anywhere else that would make a complete difference in the outside business you receive. Luckily for you, insurance companies will continue to send unsuspecting people to this joke of a body shop because what real choice do they have, and you will continue doing incomplete work and ripping people off. I will go out of my way to NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will most likely tell my story so this will get around as much as possible."
"Allstate told me to bring my car to them to get my door ding fixed on my 2023 SUV. The amazing front desk (receptionist) attitude reflects on their workmanship don’t know how she expects me to be happy. I came to their service with 1 problem. but now I’m left with 4 problems. Can’t tell if they have quality control or they just happened to be on vacation when they worked on my car. The panel they removed had my trunk LED lights on it that no longer works. They also had to remove the seatlbelt which is now broken. It’s great to see my painters finger print forever printed on my gas door. He managed to touched it while the clear coat was still wet. And whoever buff and polished my car. Probably his first time, he left me with a “haze” swirl marks everywhere upon direct sunlight and he managed to burn thru the clear coat or just missed it on the passenger door. I got pictures attached. They billed Allstate 1,500$ for this amazing job definitely worth it specially with the receptionist attitude, A+. Would love to let the regional manager about her excellent costumer service. Please leave their information below. Thanks!"
