"I have been coming to this AutoZone location for many years and I used to be pretty unhappy with the customer service but over the last two to three years it's greatly improved. Over the past couple of months, I've come to this to AutoZone close to a dozen times. Each time I was met with very professional, courteous, wonderful staff. Most recently I've had a lot of issues with my vehicle, and the representatives have been highly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help with identifying parts that I needed as well as helping me troubleshoot and identify problems with my vehicle, and make very good recommendations. Recently I had to buy a new battery as well as light bulbs for my turn signals and brake lights. The representatives were quick to volunteer to install everything which they did including windshield wipers. I have to give kudos to Ruby, who's been a breath of fresh air. She was super knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciate her. Also to Calista who has been pretty amazing too and very helpful. I didn't deal with the manager 'Shana' directly but she was very supportive of the team when they were helping me. If you're on the west side and you need assistance with your vehicle I highly recommend you go to this AutoZone."
