"Our Mustang suffered an intense large hail damage event. The car had damage on every surface and lost some attached items and badges. Gerber did an excellent job on the dent repair where possible. Extreme damage on hood (crease areas) were beyond the normal process and needed to be replaced. Gerber got the new hood and other damage repairs with excellent paint repairs and color match. While the repairs took longer than estimated it was not a Gerber fault - it was the need to get a new hood that was not originally anticipated. The office staff was very pleasant to interact with and always provided responses on status throughout the process."

"Waited 3 weeks for an estimate and arrived before work but has no appointment. Front desk person said they let person go because she wasn't trained . Then I was told they had no claim with my name or estimate Hartford adjuster did . I arrived thinking all this was done and it was going to be easy appointment. I took time off work. Manager comes to counter starts out dismissing everyone including me that everything was done wrong. New front desk person told me they let other person go . She never made appointment. Manager continued to come across and attack . He is nothing what a manager should be. He didn't try in the least to remedy all the problems and only kept pointing his finger cat me the customer. I called him out and sent email. I contacted shop who is professional, got me estimate appointment in one day plus was very easy to work with. I also let my insurance company to stop referring this place. The manager has no idea how to run the place or respect customers"

"My car was hit while parked out front of my house. Once Gerber Collision received my car they were fantastic with texting and calling about updates throughout the process. Once my car was taken apart from repair, they found prior damage (which I was unaware about as I bought the car used). Gerber Collision was great about communicating with both myself and my insurance company. In the end, Jose explained to me that my care was not previously repaired correctly and it is not safe to drive. While this was hard to hear, I appreciated the honest review. I may be down a car, but a life is way more important. While my car was totaled by my insurance, I have to give much thanks and appreciation for the integrity given by the staff at Gerber. If you look for honesty, this is the place to go."
