"Highly recommend! all my friends and family comes here often. They are super sweet and helpful. They have great used tires and new ones as well. I got used tires a few months ago they said the price depends on the condition of tire so I haven’t had any problems with mine! Great price for them including installation and balance. For new one the prices are really good to! They have all labor included with that and also a one year factory dysfunctional warranty!"
"Horrendous customer service. Nobody in the office, so I waited for the one vehicle being worked on to approach the tech and ask if they had a used tire in the size I needed and got a response of "...maybe". He turned to who I assume was another tech and said something. Other tech goes to the back so I wait, thinking he's checking. Another person pulls up and he and the original tech start chatting, did not appear to be a customer. The tech that went to the back comes back out and also proceeds to chat with the other two in the empty garage while I'm just standing waiting for some response which never came If you don't have what I'm looking for, cool just tell me, but that was very unprofessional."
