"Thank you Ava for recommending the best hair color remover, as well as a hair repair conditioner to apply after, to strip my hair of all the built up dyes I've just been caking on every time I previously colored it. It did the job enough to strip my hair of the red dye enough and lightened my hair to the perfect tone. After stripping my hair and seeing the outcome i then went to another sallys afterwards, since it was the closest one to where I was at, and got bondbar medium golden blonde to get the strawberry blonde I was looking for without having to bleach it, my hair feels healthier than before and I am so satisfied with the color! "Just figured I'd leave a review on here as well about the hours because it's been about 4 weeks since that last review and they still aren't following posted hours. I understand the struggle of staffing, I work in retail, however the shorter hours should be communicated. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 5 months for them and they have yet to update their hours on the windows, posted on the website, and Google. All I want to know is if I come to the store if they're gonna be open or not because I'm wasting my time trying to guess when they're going to be open."

"I recently visited this store because I needed to purchase some nail gel products. I walked in and there were two young girls and a lady talking, all three work there. Not one greeted me nor did they ask if I needed help. I was looking for assistance on find the top gel coat, i didn’t ask because I was expecting at least one of them to come up after 10 minutes of searching. More people come in and the older lady asks the two young girls to go ask around if people need help. Even then, I was still ignored and one of the girls walked I front of me. Why was I ignored and treated differently? I don’t know. Treat every client the same and do better. The customer service here was just awful please focus on being more professional because you never know what type of client will be entering your store."
