"I went in for a product only found at Sally. The cashier/store attendant was friendly, but not helpful. I asked her about the product which she said they didn't carry. Then when I asked for an alternative she showed me something completely different. She didn't look the product up either. I walked around the store and sure enough I found the exact item I was looking for. I showed her where I found it and got a simple "ok". My point of this review is, if you shop at this location just make sure you look for the item. The staff either doesn't know or doesn't seem to care to know about their products. This may not be all staff, but the other employee stocking the shelves wasn't engaging either."

"This Sally's provided me with an amazing shopping experience! The knowledgeable staff truly impressed me with their ability to understand and assist me in finding exactly what I needed. In particular, the employee with black hair and purple highlights stood out as exceptional. They were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly interactive, going above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure I left the store with the right products. I'm very satisfied with my visit to Sally's and will definitely be returning for all my hair care and beauty needs. especially to the team for their outstanding service!"

"Older lady, manager I suppose, very rude and hovered over me entire time. I bet she felt dumb when I walked up and spent over $200, while I'm assuming she felt like I was going too shoplift."

"The two girls that helped me with picking out products, Monica and Aviary were super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different products and how to use them. They even gave me some extra tips on how to use the products and let me use a coupon to save some money. I love this Sally's because of them!"

"Very disappointed in a return process I witnessed at this store today. A customer that only speaks French came into the store to return an item she just purchased 24 hours before, with a store receipt. For over 15min this costumer was asked her name, phone #, zip code etc, she was trying her best to spell her name and didn’t know her zip code. I advised that she could maybe provide a drivers license, which she was able to provide but the employee still could not locate the costumers info in the system and kept on saying that you have to be a member and I have to be able to pull your info up first. This poor costumer wasn’t able to provide any more info then what she already provided, including the STORE RECEIPT. The costumer had no other option and went and got a family member that was sitting in the car to help resolve the issue. I just can’t believe the process Sally’s Costumers have to go through for returns with a receipt. If you have a return at this store and think your receipt is enough, it’s not be prepared to be asked numerous questions so the employee can find you in their system and if you want a bag for your purchase be prepared to pay .15 cents. Horrible costumer service. We"
