Reviews
"The best beauty supply I’ve been to since I moved to Arizona from NY approx.2 years ago. I live 45 min from their location and still refuse to go anywhere else. Fair prices, quality products that are hard to find at other stores & the staff/owners are extremely friendly and helpful! Open 7 days/week which is extremely convenient for a salon owner like myself.10/10 recommend."
"Brisa helped me immensely with my wedding day helping me pick out wigs she really took the time to help me find something perfect."
"This is my neighborhood hair store and we have to work together to get everyone great hair"
"Owner allows employees to be rude to customers and defends their bad behavior. For years, I shopped here frequently. My friend in Los Angeles, CA told me they were overpriced. But based upon a mutual respect between myself and the owner, I decided to continue to support this business. Tonight, when I walked up to the register the two girls ignored me and continued their non-work related conversation. I said, "Can you please ring me up?" They finally decided to ring up my purchase. But then they began to speak in Spanish. Mentioning something "rojo" (red). I asked, "what's red? Then the cashier said, "Is there something wrong with you?" I immediately stepped away and seeing the owner, I told him what happened. He told me they work hard all day and they were not being rude. Which they clearly were. I left my item at the register and began to leave. I unconsciously said, "have a good night". Then as I stood by the door I turned and said, "You're very rude, your parents didn't raise right. Then I departed. I just spoke with another customwr thst came out just now. She also explained the girls are rude and the "old man (owner) lets them do whatever they want". If you value, respect yourself and your hard earned money, I suggest you find a beauty supply store that treats their patrons well. Thank you for reading this."
"Owner was completely obnoxious and verbally aggressive towards a paying customer. I was referred here by a friend who spends several hundred dollars when they come into the store. I was there on Saturday and had my granddaughter(4) and my grandson(5) with me. My granddaughter who is bright, and precocious wanted to assist in helping me shop. I begin placing items in the handheld basket. While looking at the hair my granddaughter went shopping. She caused no disruption in the store. She was not running around and once showing me the items she had gathered that she did not need. I instructed her and watched her put the items back in the right place. I started to pay for my items but was unsure if I wanted this particular hair, so I went back to look. While looking at the hair my granddaughter informed me "that boy said no more shopping". I said really and shrug it off and went to pay for my stuff. Not upset at the comment at first, but here is where this man got it misconstrued. I asked you said no more shopping with no attitude. He became very aggressive verbally stating "you need to take care of your baby". This comment had me seeing red. What did this man just say? To make such a comment so aggressively and nonchalantly in such a flippant way is beyond unacceptable. The employee saw that the comment was not taken well by me based on my expression and later comment. To ask what do you mean take care of my grandchild that is what I am doing. For him to imply or insinuate anything different is absurd. The employee confirmed she had put everything back and nothing had been damaged. She also added it is their policy to supervise you children while in the store. Ok and what did my granddaughter do so egregious but pretend to shop and then put everything back where it belonged. Needless to say I will not be going back."
