"I’ve only ever heard terrible things about the owner. 3 of my friends have now had bad experiences. My friend was yelled at in front of everyone in the store for asking a question, being told not to be rude. She just asked for reassurance on prices, considering they’re not posted anywhere. Talk about rude?? Then her daughter was yelled at for saying it’s unfair to spend extra money for the nail tech not being able to make a flower correctly. Then on top of that, the owner is rude to all the negative comments. Telling a customer she must be high as a kite, or that the customer is lying. These people are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never spend another dollar on their business."
