"Only Lana spoke English. My tech showed me a price sheet for a pedicure with parafin for $50.00. When I asked questions she used a phone with some program for communication. Originally said ok but before we got to that point I changed my mind and said no parafin. Lana then said there was an alternative cream in lieu of the parafin. I said ok that I just wanted a regular pedicure.. No price was a stated. My fault for not asking. When I checked out manicure was $22.00 but pedicure was $50.00. Paid it and left. Went back to question the price and Lana said she told me the cream was an alternative and was expensive. Not true. If I didn't want to pay $50.00 for parafin why would I just substitute a cream for same price?? They did a very nice job but disappointed in the $72.00 price. Won't go back. Why pay for a cream that washes off when u shower? December 22, 2023. I called the store to speak to the owner as this posting asked me to do. Lana says owner is in California and I need to speak to her. I will go into the store next week and see what I can do by speaking to Lana. Owner didn't give their name nor a number where they can be reached. Lana first told me if I would remove the review she would refund $10.00 and I told her this wasn't acceptable. Will try and work with her next week but don't feel this will work well."
