"They are having a hair color sale. Buy $40 worth and get $10 off. I bought several items yesterday. Today I just needed to EXCHANGE (not return) one item for a different shade. They wanted to charge me an extra $2 for the SAME EXACT ITEM. No, I can't talk to a supervisor and No, she won't call anybody. For two dollars you lost me as a loyal customer of 20 years. TWENTY YEARS. I am boycotting you and telling everyone else to. I am posting this on social media. This is terrible business and horrible customer service."

"I went to the store it was 5:40pm and they said they close at 6:00 pm so I still had 20 minutes to get what I needed It was only one thing there was 3 or 4 people still in there and one of the workers were standing in front of the door I kindly went to the door asking if I can get that one thing and the lady rudely said no I said "but it wasnt 6 yet." But she kept saying no rudely and said no were closing as well so I kindly walked away if it was up to me I would put 0 stars for their bad manner to their customers and how they behaved wasnt very nicely."

"I was trying to do the curb side pick up. They gave me my total and asked for my card info over the phone and I was getting up to get my card and I got hung up on. The lady talking to me was already sounding a little rude. I just wanted to pick up my hair dye lol. It was hard to hear her over the phone too at times and I don’t know she just sounded frustrated with me. Just bad customer service. Especially hanging up on a customer trying to buy products."

"It's really a nice place to shop since they expanded and there's room to move about, you can kneel down to look at something and not be blocking the whole aisle. The prices are good the sales are even better. I got a really cute tote bag on my last visit for spending a certain dollar amount."
