"horrible customer service by an African-American girl with braids name Soraya. I walked up to the register. She didn’t even greet me. She was in a rush to leave because she had to clock out so she didn’t want to help me at all. I had to return an item and she was very very rude. No smile no customer service skills. It was a very horrible experience for me. I asked for the manager and they said they were on vacation and they don’t know when they will be back. I will be contacting corporate as well for this woman at this location. I will never come back to this location."

"I recently visited Sally's Beauty as a customer looking for some dark brown hair color to touch up my Sister's grey roots. I observed Melissa helping a customer as I patiently waited to be next to ask a question. I wanted to get a brand recommendation for color that would be best to cover gray and mix well with a developer 20. You could quickly tell, Melissa was very passionate and educated on color products. I ended up choosing ION 4NN - deep brown. The color ended up looking beautiful and richly pigmented while covering all the grey hair. I loved that the store was organized, clean, and they had plenty of stock. Thank you! Great job on product education and customer service!!"
