"Party city has become very limited in their birthday decor selection, and their prices have become ridiculous. I would not recommend going there. Instead, I would recommend you find a Mexican dulceria/ party store like the one on 35th and Thomas because they will have the latest movie decorations for your kids' party and piñatas that won't fit in your trunk I was very disappointed with Party City."

"My kid bought a mask from this store where the hair was falling off. Not properly glued on. He immediately brought it back and requested a refund. They said they don’t issue refunds but offered to replace it or give a discount. Well they didn’t have the same item to replace it so he accepted the discount. He spent a lot of money on a piece of trash item. When I spoke to the manager she said well he could have replaced since he brought it right back it but he took the discount. What else was he supposed to do if they didn’t have any more in stock and there were no other option than accept a 10% discount??? He got a whole $6 back from a near $70 item. Granted my son shouldn’t have accepted this ridiculous discount, but he’s 18 and felt he was out of options. The manager kept insisting my son looked older. No he’s not he’s just a tall 18 year old. I was a Karen on the phone. I hate being a Karen, but will always fight for my kids if i feel they have been cheated. I don’t care if I was in the right or wrong, you should have better options for your customers if you are going to sell trash. I’ve never had issues with this company until now."

"When we walked in, the store was pretty empty. We notified Matthew we would be purchasing balloons and if he could help us since he was at the service counter. At first, I was not sure he heard us due to his wireless headphones being in his ear, but then he said, “Sure.” We waited by the balloons and stayed at the customer less registers. Luckily, Hope was able to help us and direct us. He charged us $36 for 4 balloons and 2 numbers. However, as we waited for the balloons to be filled, I noticed a sign with different bouquet options. Hope was able to give us the balloons we needed at their promotional price. Disappointed in Matthews customer and lack of promotional awareness."

"I’ve come to this location twice for last minute party supplies. They had a huge selection of balloons and decorations in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service was quick. In and out in less than 15 minutes."
