"Was in a bit of a bind and had to go here, despite having read the bad reviews online. I’d say my experience was pretty consistent - the salon is in poor shape, the nail polishes are low quality and old, the massage chairs don’t work, their tools are dysfunctional, and the woman working on my nails was having some sort of allergy issue and applied medical cream to her hand in the middle of my manicure (and didn’t get new gloves!!!). My pedicure was also terrible - some toes are oval shaped, some are square and there is polish all over my skin. Giving them two stars though because they were nice, just unequipped to offer quality service worth the hefty price."
