"Yes, Pima pain BROADWAY, I was a patient for 6 years yet your review response was that I was not a patient. NICE TRY I've been there many times! This organization cares nothing about the patients, their only goal is to force epidurals regardless of the outcome. Constantly dealing with rude staff, being threatened to take meds away if you say no to a procedure. Don't waste your time and $$ here!"

"These folks are the most professional, courteous, & sympathetic bunch that I’ve dealt with in years. Been familiar with Triage before in Phoenix. This is something new and fresh. When they tell you they’ll get back with you, guess what ? They Get Back with You. Personally, Maria has worked miracles with a wrong moves by the front office. They do it all. Checkem out!!!! "Although some may love this establishment, in my opinion they are not only rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. They did not send any reason for a treatment they recommended to my insurance company, the day of procedure I went in and they said that the machine was not available in green valley I must go to Tucson, then informed me that insurance declined , I asked why and the only answer I got was that I can pay out of pocket.?? The only thing they said, now I give a call to reschedule my appointment they made for the determination of my procedure and they told me they were unable to see me that they sent a letter in the mail. I would never go there if my life depended on it"
