"No shopping carts on the pharmacy side of the store. When mentioned to an employee they said , rather rudely, I could go to the grocery side and get one myself, meanwhile there were several employees near the cart area just talking away. Customer service has greatly declined at this store. Not sure I'll come back here."
"I was looking for an American flag to replace our old worn one. I found someone working in an isle and asked her where I could find one. She looked confused and asked me what it was twice! I said an American flag again. Obviously she wasn't from here or didn't understand English well enough to understand what I was asking. I was very patient and said a flag with red,white,and blue. Walmart please hire people who understand English as well as they understand Spanish. Thank you."
"Stay far away from this store. The employees know NOTHING and the managers are rude. No one wants to work here, there is nothing but employees standing around while you ring your own merchandise up. Did I say no one that works here knows anything? This place is a joke how they treat customers. My 86 yr old father was harassed by an employee and she refused to wait on him then told the manager he was mean to her! Of course he manager took her side because she didn't want to work either. I will never enter this store again."
"This used to be the place to shop if you wanted to save money, not any more! They are higher priced than Fry's. The staff is rude and certainly not helpful. They tend to constantly be moving things so there never in the same place and when you ask a staff they tell you they don't know where things are, but if you find it let them know, really! Even management is rude. I refuse to shop there anymore. It's a shame, Mr. Walton would be so ashamed."
