"I submitted a prescription to Walgreens, knowing it needed the doctor to refill it, as it had run out. They indicated it would be submitted. I followed up and on line got an email from Walgreens on Esperanza) that it was ready for pick up. I went in and was told they have no record of my ever submitting it (even though I resubmitted it again today).The Pharmacy tech/clerk said they can't fill the prescription because it ran out. I explained very carefully that I had submitted it over 3 weeks ago and again today along withe email they sent me that it was ready for pick up. She kept repeating they can't fill it because there were no more refills. I called my doctor's office and they said they got it today. I asked my doctor to try and switch it to the other Walgreens on Continental. I ran out of this prescription a week ago."
