"I went to cook Insurance to purchase a homeowners policy for my Park model. Halfway through the process Margi asked me my bank information since I was planning to debit for the payment. After reviewing all of the policy details with her I realized it wasn't as good as the current one on the property. Then she says, oh I'm sorry I have already debited the money out of your account. She then immediately cancelled the policy and assured me that my refund would come to my home here in Illinois. After waiting over a month for the check to come I called the insurance company and they looked through all the information and said yes you deserve all of your money back. That was four weeks ago. I just got off the phone with the insurance company and they are supposedly resending the check. Margie sold me the policy March 23rd and the money come out of my checking account March 25th.
