Her name was Sarah. She works out of the globe office. She was so extremely friendly, very very helpful, super patient with me, whole I took my time to make the decisions I needed to make for my policy. and very accommodating as well. I’m really glad that I had the opportunity to meet her today, over the phone of course, but still super great experience with her!
