"This place is horrendous! I went in as a cash buyer to sign my documents, granted I was early and got lucky that the notary and people there had a cancellation so I could get in and out quickly. Mind you, I drove across the city to sign, after signing I left the office and went down to my new home to get the keys and the key release hadn’t been recorded or sent over to my builders. What happened within the 2 hours of signing I have no idea, but surely this cannot be acceptable by a title company. Kind regards to whomever was supposed to send over the recording and key release but I take it as a joke when I’m sending half a million dollars to purchase a home. Friendly people, but get it together."
