"Calling this place is always the worst. This last time I called to get a quote I was hung up on several times, they never called back either. My 4th time calling I was fortunate enough to get someone who actually new what they were doing. Clarissa was amazing. She apologized for the horrible service I experienced before her and made it all worth it. She took her time listened to what I needed and helped me as best as she can. Freeway needs to educate the workers a lil bit more in customer service, have Clarissa train them. Thank you Clarissa for making things better and actually helping me."
