"Normally I would give this store a five-star rating, but this time I made an online order that got messed up, and forced me to walk over a mile to their competitor across the street to get my car fixed LOL. I know this store can't be totally responsible for my online order, but when I ordered it online and use that store I thought that the store was making the order. Come to find out the order was made somewhere else and delivered to the store. So I won't be using their online service anymore"

"When the battery in my husband's car died, it was of course, at the very end of the work day. By the time I was able to meet up with him to jump start his car, it was 6 PM. Fortunately, this O'Reilly Auto Parts location was nearby, so we headed there. My husband was able to get assisted quickly. An employee (I think his name was Sam) came out to test the battery and confirmed that it wasn't holding a charge. He helped identify the appropriate battery for my husband's car and once we had purchased it, he installed it. What terrific service! It saved us the headache of trying to deal with replacing the battery in the morning, getting to work late, etc. This location's customer service was simply fantastic!"
