"I ordered all the parts from ATS transmissions necessary to fully rebuild my 4r100d trans due to the reverse and second gear slipping. My local transmission shop convinced me to return all the parts back to ATS and go with jasper transmission instead due to a 3 year 100000 mile warranty. I reluctantly listened. I spent $5500 on one of their transmissions and about 90-100miles after I have the transmission installed I get stranded 45 minutes away from my city due to hard shifting and a bad shift solenoid. I was stuck in 1st gear and It was already 2pm and had to get home. I drove into the first transmission shop I found, they confirmed it to be a bad shift solenoid. I had them change it thinking that I will be able to get reimbursed the $600 I spent for the new one because I have this so-called warranty. I called my normal transmission shop the next morning and had speak to the jasper rep for me. He told me that because I didn’t ask for permission to change the shift solenoid they will not be giving me my $600 and now the warranty is void and I have no more coverage for my transmission 5 days and 90 miles after being installed. I was never told told I had to ask for permission to have work done at all. I payed my bill for the transmission and all I got was a receipt and a “you’re good to go” from the original installer. I feel absolutely scammed and furious about this. Now I have a “brand new” hard shifting transmission with no warranty and the only thing I do with my truck is tow a trailer for camping. I feel like suing is my only option. I recommend absolutely no one purchase a transmission from this company unless they want to throw away their money and get stranded."

"Garbage transmissions!!! $9,000.00 was spent on new Jasper Transmission for my 24 valve Cummins. No towing, no driving fast. I’m an old man. It’s my drive 65 work truck. Took it in for the first service at 33k miles and a month over 3 years. Chunks of metal. Not shavings. No warranty, no support. They couldn’t even pretend to care. Now I need to spend another 13k on a real transmission made with parts that will last by a company that will stand behind it. What an absolute waste of time and money. If you’re unable to make a transmission that lasts. Stick to what you know. This business model is easy in a good economy. It’s why businesses go under in a bad economy. People don’t have 10k to waste on a scam artist. Hopefully you guys can make some changes sooner than later."

"I had an engine replacement done in April of 2023. Not even 1400 miles later the truck starts knocking and loses power. The warranty replacement takes almost a month to get a replacement engine and Jasper is unwilling to do anything to expedite the process. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the hassle and time and purchase elsewhere. If your mechanic recommends Jasper GET A NEW MECHANIC."
