"I've been with Fasula Kaplan for along time and recently moved from AZ to TX. During my tenure Jessica has been amazing, supportive, caring and informative. She has always made sure I was aware of any changes with my policy like renewal dates, policy amounts etc. I called today 9/25 to let her know that I arrived safely to TX and she was sorry to see me leave AZ but happy for me on my next journey. I've watched her start a family and grow with the company and she has watched my family grow & thrive. Leaving AZ and Fasula Kaplan was not easy, especially finding support and reliability that I've come to depend on but I know if I get into a jam, I can easily call Jessica and she'll if nothing else listen and try her best to help. "I was a customer since Q3 of 2016. I had a business liability policy and commercial auto. aqfter my building frustration of everything taking SEVERAL days to get resolved/question answered/policy info/etc I started looking for estimates. In doing so I sent over my existing coverage sheets to other agents whom graciously pointed out to me the MASSIVE HOLES in my coverage as written by Ron Fasula. Thank GOD I never actually needed my insurance because as it turns out, EVERYBODY was covered except me. He wrote policies that literally didn't protect a single asset of mine in any way shape or form. Of course when I asked him to show me where thats what I asked for, not only could he not, but he screamed at me telling me "You know how to read an insurance dec sheet, you know what you had, its not my responsibility to go through your policies!" Ummm.... actually.... That was his ONLY JOB. When I say everything takes days to get or longer, I mean that in the most literal sense. He has an office full of women working there and even still everything takes DAYS. Apparently hes the ONLY one that can help. When I asked why anyone else cant help me faster I got screamed at again.. "This is my business and dont you tell me how to use my staff and if you dont like it, you can find another agent!" Wish... granted. Remember folks... an insurance agents ONLY job is to protect his clients. And for this, he gets paid a % of the premium, so if you think of this from purely a selfish angle, had he actually evaluated the holes in my coverage he could have recommended I close them, and heres the best part... HE MAKES MORE MONEY. Honestly... the business info below that says "From the business" couldn't be any more BS. This guy has been in the insurance business since Christ was a carpenter and the needs of today's customer are FAR beyond what this old dog" is willing to do. As an example.. I contacted another commercial agent and not only did I get dead accurate quotes and 100% better coverage (AT SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER RATES) closed all the holes in my policy, but I was able to start the policies in less time that this guy was able to even answer all my questions I asked him. I could go on and on.... Skip this company."

"I am very dissapointed in the service i recieved, or should i say the service i wasnt able to recieve. If your looking for a quick friendly quote in a timely manner i highly recommed you take your bussiness else where. I called at 10:30 am requesting a quote for insurance know they are a brooker was told by Jessica on of two employees thay work there that she would call me back in a couple hours. I gladly waited and called back at 3 was told she was on the phone by venessa and she would have her return my call! With no such luck of getting a call back i tried calling them again, finally spoke with jessica who told me she has been extremely buy help OTHER customers to day and i will have to wait till tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed i made it a point to tell them i needed insurance on my vehicle TODAY!!! I dont know what a couple hours mean to others however i feel that not calling me back and informing me i would not get any quote till tomorrow is super back bussiness! Bottom line is if you are needing FAST and friendly quotes this is by far not where you wanna look to receive those. Looking forward to speaking to Ron tommorow.
