"If I could I would give them zero Stars, this company has zero compassion towards the injured employees or their families. I lost my husband 7 years ago to a work related incident, in the beginning they were awful to work with and had to switch the adjuster working with us, and through out the years it’s gotten even worse, they talk to me like I am trash and always have attitude, I know after 7 years they just want me to get remarried already so they can close the case, It’s not going to happen. I have called for the littlest things such as needing to update my address and I when I speak to my adjuster it’s just attitude and almost like I am an annoyance. This time I had sent a email with proof that my vehicle had broken down and I had to pay for the gas tank and lines to be replaced on my Jeep and I needed a car to be able to get back and forth to work so I paid for my repairs with my rent money, I explained to them they were the last people I wanted to go to, to get an advance on my payment that I had went to the church, family and tried a go fund me but was given a 5 day notice to pay or quit “eviction notice” and at this point I couldn’t even afford groceries and also sent a picture of my bare fridge, they had the eviction notice and be begging them to help me and my kids with an advance of my monthly check. The response I got was this l, Lina my old claims adjuster had told me the only time they are able to do and advance is if it’s and emergency, HOW IS THIS NOT AN EMERGENCY? My children and I have no where to go and I am trying my hardest and being treated like trash! Ms. Krause, I have reviewed your file with management and unfortunately we will not be able to issue your September check early. "I had an accident while at work and filed a claim. 2 weeks later i got a rude call from this company stating that the hospital hadnt sent them the bill and they were going to deny my claim. I calledthe hospital who saod the bill had been sent - but they would send it again. Now, everything about this is a big mess..."

"Absolutely horrifying terrible insurance company! Just got done with a lawsuit involving them and got the judges decision. They were completely in the wrong with a Worker’s Compensation claim. Two days after this decision, I saw their name on the news with a similar claim, regarding a Fire Department employee selling reparations for similar action. There is no doubt that the judge will find Copper Point in the wrong, once again. Highly do not recommend this insurance company ever!"

"Been having a hard time setting up direct deposit...just got it through finally. Been trying since April and its now September. I was starting to feel that maybe a trash can might have been too conveniently close to the fax machine? But thankfully it finally got set up. Everyone is very professional and helpful when calling with questions. No complaints."
