"Honestly, my experience with you has been extremely far from even remotely acceptable. The affordability is without a doubt the ONLY reason I maintain a relationship with Allstate. It seems that you are able to provide this great pricing through significant gaps in customer service expectations, professionalism, and reliability. One of many examples of this is when I was involved in a car accident roughly a year ago. My truck was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I attempted to file a claim on the app, and was unable to due to “updates” on the app. I attempted to call the assigned office, left several voicemails and emails over following weeks, and never received so much as an emailed response. To this day, there is damage on my vehicle (a minor scrape, I paid out of pocket for a third party inspection following the accident) and I have STILL not received a call. In addition to this, you have randomly increased my rate several times without cause, because “others have committed *****, and I was responsible for recouping this loss for you.”"

"Insurance agents were great when purchasing our car more then helpful but now that we have had our for awhile and call we get I’ll call you back with no return call happen several times still no return call as of today"

"I had my car insured for rideshare with a “business endorsement “, and I double checked that it would cover me if I were in an accident. They said yes. A few months later, I suffered a scrape under the car, now they have the stipulations for why they won’t cover it. Simply put Allstate isn’t the best insurance for rideshare drivers."

"Purchased a car from courtesy Chevrolet and it took so long it was late and went ahead and got insurance from Allstate Courtesy and wasn't even given options for my insurance coverage. I was tired and didn't even think to ask questions or anything. Was told I had to put my boyfriend also on my coverage due to me not having prior full coverage and only liability and roadside on my older car, so my insurance is way higher than I expected with him having accidents and tickets on his record. Not even 3 months go by my windshield cracks and after 2 hours I finally get ahold of someone and she tells me I'm covered then while doing a claim tells me I'll be paying out of pocket. I told her to void it all and then I call to courtesy insurance and they simply tell me I do not have glass coverage. We're in AZ rocks are everywhere on the roads why wouldn't they offer me glass coverage? Just a headache!"
