"Terrible customer service. I had requested a new auto policy and once I received the corresponding documents, I noticed an error in the policy set up. I informed them I did not want to go forward with the policy until it was corrected, but they charged me anyway and forced me to sign the policy with the error. I got bullied into signing an auto policy that was not what I wanted! Trying to contact the office was a pain. They would not answer my calls and only call me back when I was not available. I am going to transfer my policy to another agency and will never go back. I recommended against doing business with this company."
