"I have had insurance with Allstate for over 15 years. At the beginning of 2023 my Insurance agent decided to raise my rates from 114.00 to 146.00 for no reason at all . NO Tickets N0 Accidents ! Now they sent me the so called next policy it went from 146.00 to 181.00 . The Customer Service is lacking in professionalism . At the beginning of 2023 there was an article about the CEO of Allstate. He said we are going to aggressively go after our customers by raising their rates higher and higher . I paid less for full coverage in 2016 when the truck was brand new and I had 2 tickets and 1 accident . For a lot of years I worked 2 jobs from 6am in the morning until 10pm or 11pm just so I could afford to live what they call the great American dream . Grocery stores and insurance people are making me feel like I might as well be on welfare . So insurance companies can gouge and double their rates for absolutely no reason. 77.00 rate hike for no reason. In order feed my grandson groceries used to be 125.00 a week now they are 270.00 a week . My pay isn't going up. I guess I have to start working a second job to be able to survive while my insurance agent raises my rates 77.00 more a month than it was Dec 2021. For many many years I was very happy with Armando Rubio and Allstate I would have given them a 5 star rating . Now if I could I would give them a minus 10 . The customer service is no longer there . The professional attitude and care that your office.used to have is no longer there . This hardworking Grandmother is just someone for you to get rich off off. I could see a rate increase if I tickets or an at fault accident."
"I normally would rate a 5 star. I asked for Mr. Rubio since I am the mother of his now deceased client. The person initially on the phone could not ":release" any information. I wanted to send in the death certificate and talk to Mr. Rubio about coverage until the house sold. I had previously called the information in but that must not have been delivered. I think the lady at the desk is a black and white answer person. She obviously has little training in empathy."
"Hands down most unprofessional service ever provided by an agent. Called numerous times to speak with the agent and was informed he doesn’t take calls nor speak with his customers. Spoke with several of his staff and never received follow up nor resolution. Contacted Allstate Corporate."
"I had to put 1 star to be able to post anything. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 months trying to get them to fix a billing mistake that THEY made, but no one calls me back or tries to help. Now I’m being punished because of a mistake done on their end. You won’t be in good hands with this company."
"Horrible customer service, received a quote that changed to a different quote later. Only to find out that after leaving my current insurance company to get said quote. I didn’t qualify for because my insurance lapsed because of their lack of communication amongst themselves. The first person gave me misinformation and accepted all my information only for them to get back to me for the same process a third time. I received a phone call saying this when it was too late. The response was when calling out their fault “ you’re right”. Automatically ended the conversation and went back to my old provider with my policy intact within 5 minutes after this horrible experience. WARNING!!!"
